The Grecale Apartment is a delightful three-room apartment which is part of a residential villa and is 30 meters from the beach of Isola Rossa. It is a new construction in a modern style, a large terrace with teak wood parquet, it does not have a sea view even though it is very close to the beach. The living area has a kitchenette with a complete fitted kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, table, chairs, flat screen TV, free WIFI, air conditioning included in the cost. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The sleeping area has a first double bedroom with a double bed and a second double bedroom with 2 single beds or which can be joined into a double bed. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The house is in the center of the village, a few meters from all services, in a very quiet area, with a pedestrian area in the evening. In the shared area there are large terraces with teak parquet, where children can play in complete safety, outdoor showers with hot water, very convenient when returning from the beach, washing machines and barbecues.
