The Ponente apartment is part of the Le Rose Marine residence, is 40 meters from the beautiful beach of fine white sand, both free and equipped. It is located a few meters from the large parking lot and from bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a tourist port, a sports center and a supermarket. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of "La Marinedda" and "Li Feruli". Ponente is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Being located on the lower floor, however with normal windows, it does not guarantee a sea view, which can however be reached on foot and is practically under the house. The windows overlook the reserved area occupied by the large private terrace, with teak parquet, equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers. It consists of a large and bright living area where we find the kitchenette with fitted kitchen with microwave, table, chairs, flat screen TV. In addition to the sofa bed in the living area, it also has a large double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. The house is very cool and the ceiling fans both in the living area and in the bedroom guarantee adequate further cooling. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. In the common area of the residence there are washing machines, outdoor showers also with hot water, barbecue, play area for children.
